Founded in 2013 by a team of experienced digital professionals, ReigNN (previously Kumma) is a fast-growing ad technology company that enables publishers to take control of their data, site safety and user experience.
 
Built on a culture of marketing excellence, strategic innovation and business acumen, At ReigNN, we have a thorough knowledge of the ins and outs of the advertising industry, which enables us to maintain the highest standards of care for our customers.
 
Our employees come from all sectors of society and all corners of the industry, to form a flexible, dynamic team that vigorously applies new tech solutions and creative thinking to industry challenges and everyday advertising problems. Our Ad Ops team works closely with our R&D, to continuously develop superior ad tech solutions that answer the real needs of our customers.
Our Leadership
Lior Dori
CEO

Lior co-founded ReigNN after working in the advertising industry for over 10 years, with leading brands including L’Oreal, Nike, Microsoft, Honda, Panasonic, Nestle and Samsung and many more. An entrepreneur at heart, in this time he got to know all aspects of the industry – working with publishers, advertisers and ad agencies.
In 2010, Lior relocated to NYC as one of McCann Erickson World-group Global’s future leaders. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, and a master’s degree in philosophy, science and digital culture. When not busy managing the hard working ReigNN teams, Lior loves to do yoga and play his guitar.

Tomer Poplavski
COO

Tomer co-founded ReigNN with 7 years’ experience in the advertising industry behind him. His passion for technology began at a young age, and he particularly loves to take data to the next level. Deeply familiar with the entire industry panel – from creative to strategy – Tomer was a pioneer in the field of rich media, starting the digital department of LH, part of TBWA, in 2007.
Tomer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and although he never formally studied computer science, he has extensive code-writing experience.
Outside of managing ReigNN’s media teams, Tomer loves the outdoors, including traveling and jogging.
